Common Questions

  • Each time you go into hypnosis, it tends to get deeper and more effective. The 5-PATH® method is designed to be a 5-session process that completes a full loop of transformation. Most clients start noticing deep powerful shifts after the first session.

  • Hypnotherapy is actually more effective over zoom. There is increased comfortability when you can lay down in your own bed or safe space. That comfort helps you go deeper, faster.

  • I live what I teach. You don’t want to go to a hypnotist who’s smoking outside the office or stuck in the same patterns they’re trying to help you break. You want someone who’s done the inner work physically, emotionally, and mentally. That’s the standard I hold for myself and the work I guide clients through.

    Hypnosis has been reported to have up to a 70% effectiveness rate in clinical cases when used consistently with motivated clients for specific addictions and other habits.

     

    Where I’m different is in how I work with the 5-PATH® method. It’s a structured, proven approach that goes deeper than subconscious programing that other hypnotherapists use. It goes straight to the root cause of your emotions and rewires you for success.

  • Regular talk therapy can last years with little to no real change. I’ve talked to countless people struggling with mindset issues or addiction who said therapy made them feel better temporarily, but they still went back to the same patterns.

     

    Hypnotherapy works differently. It rewires your subconscious, where real transformation happens. Traditional therapy only addresses the conscious mind, the tip of the iceberg. But your subconscious drives 99.99996% of your decisions, habits, and emotions. That’s why hypnosis is so powerful.

  • No… Because real change takes commitment. Every time you go into hypnosis, your mind goes deeper, and the transformation becomes more powerful. I only work with serious clients who are committed to real change. That’s why I use the full 5-PATH® method, which takes at least 5 sessions to fully complete and close the loop. One-off sessions don’t create lasting results. Full transformation requires full follow-through and commitment.

  • I work with people who are ready for a breakthrough and tired of staying stuck. Most are high performers, creatives, entrepreneurs, or self-aware individuals who know they’re capable of more but feel like something keeps holding them back.
